Converting from RHD to LHD

Hi I have a UK 2003 C70
Do i need to change the headlamps for usein Europe or is there a lever?

My 98 didn't have a RHD to LHD lever, what you can do momentarily is to set the lights low with the dial on the dash. But for permanent use, a headlight change is necessary, at least if you plan to import it to LHD territory.

That 'lever' applies to the PFS projector headlights, Its more of an inaccessible PITA screw.

Does this conversion ability from RHD to LHD exist on this modeil or do I need to replace the whole units?
If I replace them is there any choice? Can I get some better headlamps?
