Yes Nivomat on the rear, Front clearance isn't so great, I have 105mm clearance at the engine under tray

For most lowering springs you do not need special dampers but it is best to fit new ones when lowering as the dampers will have worn in the working travel and that position will change when you lower

Which GAZ units did you have? I've looked on their site and can only see fitments for the Amazon, they do versions for the 340 but that is rear only.
I'd like a set, because I know they're good bits of kit.
