V50 Parts: Xenon problems

[Frustrated v50]

Hi I'm new to the club first time ever used, not sure how all this works, got a problem with my 2004 v50 2.4 geartronic. Love the car do not love main agent bills. Fired it up last wed low beam o/s failure popped up in display, had a check bulb looked OK, swapped headlamp with n/s worked fine, borrowed code reader and these codes present 8a23 gas discharge lamp module right internal fault and 8a09 low beam right faulty signal, wondering if anyone knows where the unit is on vehicle and secondly is the part only available thru volvo have been quoted ridiculous amount for part, thanks in advance for any help

Our humble old classic Volvos don't have such fripperies as Xenon headlights or heated rear windows so we are probably unable to help you!
