Spice up your B200F or B230F with a bit more top end! These are worth about 10bhp extra.

Unslotted so wont work with a head mounted dizzy.

this cam does work well in a b230f as ive done this to my dads car it pulls much better and it will set at higher speeds better ie about 80-90 mph and still does good on fuel

Sat in the middle of a pile of crushed cars in my local scrapyard still bolted to the remains of a 240.

Its gone. Soon to be melted down and turned into Dacia Sanderos.
