Default Parking Climate / Remote Start (XC60)

Hi,

I've set the parking climate to heat the heats and steering wheel.

When I start the parking climate via the app, it doesn't heat the seats or the steering wheel.

The timer is set to start climate every morning, and this seems to heat the seats/ wheel. (it might differ if its plugged in to mains - its a Hybrid)

When I do Remote Start (via the app) it does heat seats / wheel

Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone mastered this?

Questions
1. Is there a way to set the temperature via the app to heat/cool the car??
2. Whats the best way to heat/cool - remote start or climate
3. Every time I get in the car and start it - it puts the seats/wheel on full (as is set under parking climate) I dont want this to happen, particularly if you just nip out the car for 5 mins.

thanks
