Default has anyone found a RHD android dash mount?

I have just picked up a 2009 XC70 and have gone down the rabbit hole of adding an android head unit.

I have found a mount for the top of the dash that will take a 9" android head unit.

The problem is that all I am finding is that this is lefthand drive version.

I have found some sellers offering complete kits with a head unit and a right hand drive mount, but they are all close to the $1k mark which is more than i want to spend.

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/235415795952

So I know someone is making the mount, but after much searching I haven't been able to find anyone selling just the mount.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Gordon

I am in the middle of fitting a Carnupride 7" android screen, it is is mounted in place of the original screen and is still motorised to go up and down, cost me £170 which includes a rear camera. My phone connects to the screen using Android auto so I have access to Google maps etc, the screen has an audio out which plugs into the audio in jack on the car so I can listen to music etc.

It's a great product for the money although if you want to retain the motorised function id recommend going for a 6" screen as the 7" took a lot of work to fit,the install in the picture is fitted to a Japanese import car which have a different RTI screen which is better suited to the bigger Carnupride screen.

My XC70 didn't come with the nav unit so I have tracked down a second hand dash trim and was planning on 3d printing a mount to fit something similar.

Buy a RTI screen on ebay, around £40, manually wind out the screen then remove the rti screen which leaving the mechanism which gives you the perfect mount for a stand alone screen, it won't move but it doesn't need to, that was my plan B if I couldn't get the new screen to move
