Pre-tension spring cover pulled off!
Opened the boot earlier this morning, was icy and the pre-tension spring cover got frozen on and pulled off...see photo.
This happened to anyone else? |

Now If doors are frozen up I do not pull on handle too hard and end up leaning in from the front and pushing door from inside. I have used a silicone spray on the seals to try and prevent or lessen the freezing up. Last edited by nu11eaf; Feb 4th, 2018 at 18:10. |
