Default Front Door Pockets in Tan

Hi, does anyone have a set of plastic front door pockets in tan ? For a 1988 GLT. Mine have succumbed to age, and are very brittle. Thanks, Simon

Hi, Available from IPD - see link. IPD's prices are good but courier charges ridiculous. Brookhouse sometimes buy in bulf from IPS so you might want to ask them to source it.
Cheers

Scott

My tan door pockets have died too. Looking at the shape, it occurs to me that a fibreglass replica wouldn't be a major task to produce, and it would be a whole lot stronger. Could someone more PC literate than me organise a group buy poll?
Failing that, if anyone has a pair that are still in one piece to take a mould from....
Good job Volvo are better at steel than plastic.

I'd be interested in a group buy also.

I'd be down for a group buy too. Just shut my foot in my door and shattered my 21-year old uncracked door pocket - damn!

I might just buy several of each side!

Word of warning, it isn't just the door pockets that age. The housing behind the handbrake is the same - my hand went through it reaching for something in the back and the broken bits are damn sharp!
I wonder if the 'Lifetime Warranty' it has would cover these? Wish I'd thought of this earlier - Geely may have been frightened off by the prospect of thousands of claims.....

hahaha, tell me about it. When I first got my car it had no handbrake cover at all, it's been replaced with one from a scrapped car with a few cracks in it, undamaged ones are even rarer than undamaged door pockets I think!
