Default Trail arm bushes rear suspension to be replaced

Hi. I just bought a 2017 xc60 d4 and sent it for a service to a Volvo main dealer. The car only has 27,000 miles on it, and I got it inspected by a SIMI registered motor assessor before I bought it. The main dealer told me that I need to get the trail arm bushes replaced on both sides of the rear suspension (510 euro). I contacted the motor assessor again and he said that the car drove perfectly during inspection and he would be very surprised if the bushes were gone, especially at 27k miles. I haven’t heard any knocks or squeaking from the suspension. Did anyone have a similar issue? Do you think the Volvo main dealer could be pulling a fast one? Thanks 😊

Btw: the car has a full Volvo service history.

It seems very odd that BOTH sides could be worn out at such a relatively low mileage. My V60 on 85k miles has no obvious wear on any suspension parts, although my car will have spent its whole life on smooth-ish tarmac.
