Tips and Tricks
I'm sure everything is documented somewhere, but I'm sure people discover little tips that otherwise go unnoticed.
here's my starter for 10..... voice control "temperature up/down one" just changes the drivers side. "Set temp to nn" sets both sides. short press of cruise up/down jumps in 5mph at reasonable speeds. Long press changes in 1mph

Press and hold the unlock/lock button on the keyfob will open/close all the windows. Handy if you've left a window open and notice after getting out the car.
I think holding the lock/unlock button on the interior door panel also does the same.

As well as keeping your hand on the door handle if you are using the little keyfob.

Press and hold the speed up or down button for cruise/pilot assist/speed limiter increases/decreases the speed by 1 mph rather than 5 mph using single press

If you set cruise etc and it sets say at 48 mph instead of 50 one press upm sets it to 50mph if you hit a 40 zone two presses down brings setting to 40, each press up or down takes it 5mph, longer press by 1mph.

I find the long press x1 and the short press x5 totally counter intuitive. And thats after 27 months. My V70 made sense Frank V90 |

If you're overriding the cruise control with the accelerator pushing resume (or increase speed) sets it to your current speed.
If you enable the speed limiter and auto hold, the engine will restart the moment you take your foot off the brake (I think this is a bug, Volvo disagree but can't explain the benefit). |
