£750 no mot and "cant afford to mot it" reckon hes dreaming at that price!! horrible wooden dash panel. if it would fly through an mot as he says then why not get it done??

i think e-bay is the home of dreamers and time wasters...i have tried to sell my 240 through e-bay and so far been offer £ 600 cash oh and a manual 240 all i want is again £ 750 but my one is ok...some people lol

The daft thing is that could be a really good car, and deserving of being saved - but based simply on the tone and content of the listing I for one wouldn't bother.

There's plenty of good sound and free advice on Ebay and Autotrader etc, giving excellent guidance on how to present a car for sale - why won't folk take heed?!

Hmm, so what's that staining the tailgate, Scotch Mist? If the tailgate's shagged, what the hell is the panel behind the rear bumper going to be like, as that is a notorious rust trap.

Quite agree Steve!He hasn't even bothered to stain or laquer it.
Another run of the mill nothing special car,Yes it has potential but not at that price.

Can we start a new section on the forum 'Most tasteful/professional modification' - obviously we would have exclude Saxos as their wouldnt be room for anything else. I'm off to nail some bits of timber to the interior of my GLT
