I belive you can send your original hoses to Samco and they will remake them in silicone. I've seen them offering this service at the NEC classic car show.

It's a long time since i saw a red block in the metal but i would think it's possible to turn the metal pipe from the back of the water pump upside down so the elbow points to the right. If not it could be cut and joined if it has curves to go round certain things like the oil filter for example or simply another made to suit the RHD application better than the original LHD version.
