new key 05 v70

ok so what is the best way to get a 2nd key for my v70 d5 ,is it buy the key on ebay and get programmed at local main dealer ???

There is only one way, buy from a main dealer.

last time i checked it was £210 but as chris rogers said main stealer only im afraid!!

Balde 45 quid, remote about 60. Both from eBay. Then 25 and 15 for software plus 20 min of labour at dealership(about £40).

Ring your local auto locksmith. The key is not the problem its programming the chip. we have a new bit of kit coming that will let us program 48 chips. We usualy do cut and programmed keys for £65. So definately worth ringing around your local auto lockies.
