V50 2Litre Diesel
Hi,
I was wondering how I could find out about the wrecking market over there for V50 2.0 Diesels. What I think I'd like to do is buy a smushed car complete, have someone wedge it into a container and ship it stateside for a Amazon stationwagon project I have brewing... How do you suppose I would go about figuring out how to do this? And yes, this is another thinly veiled Bio-D project in the making... Thanks in advance for your replies, Regards - kDavid --------------------- several old volvos... daily driver = 1962 Amazon wagon: 'The Grey Lady' |

Huh. I am overwhelmed by the non-response.
Is this forum active? I have been researching some more, and find that in 1991 Volvo introduced the the 2.4D (D5244T), which may be the powerplant I am after. Would anyone know about purchasing wrecks, or just motors? Thanks, -kDavid |
