240 wanted for good loving home
Im searching for a nice 240 estate, Ive wanted one for years and after the sad demise of my beloved V70 AWD (after someone drove into it while parked outside my house) I have decided that now is the time!
Ideally I'd like a white or silver, 1990 onwards, and would love a sunroof, but really I just want a nice solid reliable car that I can keep for several years to use as a daily runaround, but can also take off for adventures with. And I move a lot of stuff around, so much as I love the saloon version, I really need an estate... I live in Scotland, and these cars are like gold dust up here, so I am happy to travel any distance for the right car... Can anyone help me in my search? I miss my volvo, and need a new one to make me happy!! Cheers, Andrea |

240 Wanted
Dear fellow member, I have a 240 estate in need of a good home. It is silver and was only laid up when I replaced it with a 940. I am in Oxfordshire.
The car runs OK, but it has no Mot. I am open to offers on it. H.T. |

1987 Volvo 240 Estate
I am happy to give my much loved Volvo 240 Estate to someone who would appreciate it - for nothing. It is a 1987, has had one owner and a full service history. It has about 100,000 miles on it. It runs well, has just passed its MOT so is valid until end August 2010.
