Default Arm rest USB removal?

After just buying V40 T2 I have found the USB in arm rest is broken but not sure how to take apart.Tried so far from back seat undoing four star screws under arm rest but it only pulls about and nothing more.Warranty probably not covered plus I bought from garage in Leeds and I live down south coast. Can't find no info anywhere on YouTube for 2018 Volvo T2 or similar, most only have more updated USB. Only Option is finding help on here from like minded V users so any help? thankyou would be appreciate. Your Lewis55

You need to post in the relevant forum for your car. This deals with the classic S/V40 up to 2004.
