S40 sport diesel

Someone take this before I burn it!!! £800 mot til April (ish) hot start takes about 10 seconds on the starter motor, apart from that runs and drives spot on!

Selling because I've had enough of it.....

Any more details on the car please mate? I'm down in braintrain very often (girlfriends family lives there). I might see if I can get one of them to view it for me.

Top spec, tidy car (bodywork and interior) leather, air con, cruise control, been told it could do with an exhaust gasket near egr valve, but I've had it a year and it's been fine

I remember a post you did a while back with the hot starting issue...I'm guessing it came back.

Cars are a freaking pain! Did you try anything since the last post?

That's alright chap! Mileage is 160k plenty of SH. Can get some interior photos over the weekend for you.
Put a known working diesel pump on it, was fine for a while. It's had more fuel filters than I've had hot dinners.....genuine,Bosch,aftermarket! New fuel pressure regulator.
So now I give up lol I'm going German!

Surprised it's not been sold, my s40 d ended up with to many problems too. Head gasket and fuel pump failure. Hope it's sold and not scrapped.
