Default Has somebody stolen my turbo?

Saw this advert on Ebay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/324769931...wAAOSwk~xhK2FO

Car looks in good condition, but despite the seller's description the under-bonnet photo seems to suggest the turbo's gone AWOL

Was the C70 offered in other markets in NA form? That looks like the same engine which was in my '98 S80 2.4 (170).

I quite often see confusion with regards to 2.4 and 2.4T versions.

However, that 2.4 n/a 170 engine is very underrated in my opinion.

You have to rev it to 6k to get the performance, and the noise it makes at 6k is glorious compared to the low pressure turbo engines, which all seem to feel lethargic after 5k.

I'm very much a fan of engines that reward you for revving higher.

There was a 2.4 non turbo version offered but I believe it was NOT available in the UK.
