Diesel Injector Remover Puller kit & Volvo D5 Swirl Flap Kit

Hi,

I’m selling my unused diesel injector puller “master” kit which I ordered for a job that I've decided not to carry out, I'm also selling a D5 Swirl flap kit.

Item was ordered from eBay for £100, the price for the kit on eBay is now £140. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/184287801722

The Swirl flap kit was £83 from PFS.

I have also got an unused Copper Washer/injector seal remover, and an unused injector reseating tool.

The whole lot is up for grabs for £150.

FYI if anyone looking for an injector puller kit this is the one ive got ive used it on a D5 and will fit all bosch injectors with part numbers of 0445 110 XXX and 0445 XXX XXX. No use for it now but ive made adaptors to reuse the slide hammer for other purposes

But be aware once you take the top off that injector you have to have it recalibrated. Also there is a very tiny ball bearing that sits in there usually hard to see don't lose that bugger!

For a D5 You shouldnt need to pull the injector unless its leaked past the copper seat/washer, the injectors should come out easy with a little persuasion. All i do is clamp mole grips onto the metal of the injector at a 45-degree angle giving them a little wiggle and out they come.... as i say only if they've leaked past the copper washer will they need pulling.
