or a whole range of prices for the same pump from Amazon, quicker if you have Prime. This is not mine as I bought mine from Lidl and their products come and go but it is about the same price and does the same thing. I suspect that it doesn't need to be of the highest quality as it is very rarely used.

Just for an update, I took the car to Midland Automatics at the end of July who spent an hour checking and driving the car and did adaption relearns on some of of the gear shifts, they're all very knowledgeable and it was interesting to talk about the gearbox divorced from the brand when talking about it's strengths and weaknesses.
For the past month it has driven better than it has for a long time - bearing in mind it has been to Volvo for the relearns/adaptions a couple of years ago (pre-pandemic so also not driven much). It's going into Avalon for the suspension bushes and they'll check the TCM software. It should be up to date as it went to Volvo in May... we'll see.

Its definitely best to double check, as adding the wrong spec fluid won’t be any good for your transmission. You don’t have to use expensive fluids, but make sure the one you do buy is the right spec. I’d suggest reading your manual or ringing a dealer to find out for certain.
