Default Washer jets

Hi all,
Just got in my 2011 D2 to go to the tip - had some crap on the windscreen so sprayed the washer jets.
All fine, went to spray again and nothing. Doesn’t even appear to be any ‘pomp’ sound when I try either.
The headlight washers still work fine though.
Any ideas where I (a novice) should be looking before I ring the garage in the morning?
Cheers

check under the bonnet where the pipes for the jets are get someone to operate washers sometimes the tee pieces loose the caps off the bottom its a cheap push fit fix with a replacement tee 2 min fix if this is your problem report back with your findings.

Hi, checked that but no joy (disconnected the tubes under the bonnet and no hint of any water)

There’s no ‘motor’ noise when I pull the stalk (odd as I assumed the headlight washers would all run off the same one), but I’ve always been able to hear a relay click when I pull the stalk and I can still hear that, so I’m presuming it’s the pump that’ll have died!

the pump may not have failed sometimes the screen on the pump can get blocked with slime caused by mixing incompatible washer fluids or somtimes even liquid soap im not sure of the location of the pump in the washer bottle it may be behind the wheel arch liner

Default Washer

On my C30 D5
The there are 2 washer motors
1 for the wipers and 1 for the headlights
They are under the driver side wheel arch
You have to take the inner whee arch out to get to them

Thanks all for the responses - should have updated really!

Pump was dead - had a new one fitted and all's well now, until the next problem at least!
