  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

PS, my car is 20 years old and no one has requested me to have a tank test, not even on import into Spain and believe me they are ANAL on import.

That's because there are no regulations requiring tank test certificates on automotive LPG tanks. This is probably due to the people writing the regs being the type that wouldn't be seen dead in a car over 3 years old, and assuming that all cars would be scrapped by 10-15 years old.

LPG tanks for heating and cooking on the other hand are subject to different regulations, as their regs were written by people with half a clue.

Removal for use on anything not a V40 could be done, but why? More work and effort than it's ever worth. Used LPG kit is worth not very much.

But... if you're prepared to wait for yoru money, the Necam parts, namely the vapouriser and dizzy should see £100 on eBay. If you were nearer, I'd take the lot.
