If everything is staying the same, except the engine is now off - maybe the fuel pump is cutting out? That'll kill the engine and prevent it restarting unless reset - software issue. ECU glitch maybe? Faulty engine tune up perhaps?

Maybe speak to a dealership and see if they can do you some investigation time. Most places charge an hour's labor but can (and often do, in my experiences) do much more than an hour's work chasing faults. Edit: just re-reading your op makes me lean more towards the fuel pump, as they're linked with the unlocking of the car so that the system is primed and at pressure to allow easy starting on pressing the button. (That's why, if you misfuel at the pumps, they say do not unlock your car if it's locked, as that'll prime the system with mixed fuel, making the repair harder)

Now my new dilema is that both of the sensors(different) on the rail are referred to as fuel sensors so i need to get the other one now ffs mind it does look easier to swap out so once obtained i might do that one first |

Check your fuel sender unit, they fail on 2011 S/V60s and they're not cheap.
But thankfully there's an alternative. https://pompa-paliwa.pl/pl/p/pompa-p...-31273964/9830 |

Ditto!

Solution offered by my friendly local czech mechanic was immediately the fuel pump. Replaced last week and problem solved! Funny enough when I took the car to the Volvo main dealers in Ostrava they told me no codes were displayed for this issue? |
