Default Continental ContiCrossContact UHP tyres

Well I have changed the tyres on the tank, for Nokian WR G2's .... thanks Pneus-online ... still very grumpy with MyTyres.co.uk though after the previously posted nonsence.

So new tyres, why? ... because I trashed one with a puncture (2nd one in 18mths ) and I didnt fancy having one half worn tyre and one new tyre on the same axle, so new tyres purchased I now have 3 part worn Conti's for sale.

Details below, not much to say ...
they were factory supplied from new with my XC90, they have done approx 12000 miles and I've given the tread depth at 3 points across the tyre measured with a manual sliding depth guage.

The tyres have NO CUTS, NO BULGES, NO PUNCTURES and NO KERBING/RASH

Continental ContiCrossContact UHP tyres size - 235/60 R18 103V

Tyre 1: Inside 5.5mm Centre 5.0mm Outside 5.0mm date code 2208

Tyre 2: Inside 5.0mm Centre 5.0mm Outside 4.5mm date code 2208

Tyre 3: Inside 5.0mm Centre 5.5mm Outside 5.0mm date code 4108
Note: This tyre was replaced at 6 weeks old due to a puncture

To be honest I dont think the conti's are that bad a tyre ... they coped very well with last years snow and ice and are fairly quiet, so if your looking for a good part worn tyre drop me a PM and make me a sensable offer on one, two or all three, best if you come and have a look, I'm on the southside of Glasgow.

Cheers Robin
