Default Driving Journal

Just noticed since recent update to app the Driving Journal is a bit screwed up. Each journey start and end shows the correct map location when zoomed in but but the addresses are slightly off close but not correct road names.
Looking at my car location says its at my address but each journey start point is from the road behind!
How weird can't they just leave the app alone when it works
Is yours the same?
(This is Sensus).

Do you have android or an apple device?

If you are on android, you can sideload the older version of the Volvo cars app, I rolled back to 5.34.1 (android of course).

Android.
How do you roll back?
I'm on 5.38.0
Was your journal the same?

Yeah I lost the journal, and also the ability to precondition the cabin, so I've stopped updating it until they stop playing with it trying to get the newer android based cars features enabled.

Here's a direct link to save you clicking on some dodgy advert on the website: https://d.apkpure.com/b/APK/se.volvo...2Cx86_64&sv=24

Uninstall your current Volvo cars app first, then once you download it, just click on it (probably in your browser downloads) and then allow to install the app from unknown sources and it will install.

I've used the same file and scanned it through some virus checkers

Good luck!

Angry

And they seem to have removed the nifty graphs that showed minute by minute speed, consumption and generation

It is still there (on the above android version) just click on an entry in the journal, then click on the start and finish address and it takes you to the graphs of speed and mpg etc

I cannot access the journal at all, and the driver journal is missing from the “show all apps” section of the privacy settings.
Have been with Volvo and tried numerous resets with the car and app but no success.
