Does anyone have any experience of the above? I am having difficulty obtaining a set of wheels that I paid for some 4 weeks ago.

How did you pay for them, if it was cheque, see if it has been cashed, and you have to remember the time of year, I work at Landrover and the amount of suppliers who we called before December were closed until the new yr.

Type the company name and the words "Feedback" in to Google to see if anyone has left feedback on this company.

I think there is a site called "Blagger" or "Blogger" that has feedback??

All the best... Andy..

Have tried ringing (both numbers!) and emailing since I paid with no joy. Appreciate that it is Christmas but still v hacked off by the way he seems to be conducting business. Hopefully with everyone back to work tomorrow I may see some progress. Will update when I have news.

I have spoken to Keith tonight who has informed me that due to Christmas and circumstances he has been unable to respond to you...
However he has your wheels and will respond to you by email tonight...
Please inform me if this is not the case.....
Cheers

This is not good service...In view of the fact that the Guy was made aware his business practices were attracting a bad press on the forum and despite his promise to me to make contact last night , he has failed miserably....
Is it the address in Botley Road that you made payment too, or was it a internet payment....?....
As i have had contact with the vendor myself i would have no hesitation in recomending people steer well clear of Mr Cooper and Swedish-Car-Spares.co.uk......
Cheers

I eventually managed to speak to Keith earlier today and he has promised that the wheels will be dispatched shortly and that he will email courier tracking details. I await with baited breath! Particularly frustrating as the wheels were purchased for a set of winter tyres (which are sitting in the shed) - at this rate winter will be over....

Did you receive your wheels? I have ordered (but not as yet sent cheque!) for an auto gearbox from Keith. Now very hesitant about sending the money given this and other reports I have seen. Any advice?
