Default Phase 2 seats into phase 1 v70 ?

Hi All , My quest for heated seats to fit my 1999 V70 has so far proved fruitless . Does anyone know if it is possible to fit post-2000 seats into a pre-2000 car ( V70 ) ? . Post 2000 cars are much more plentiful in breakers and on the bay , and the majority seem to have heated seats . Any help and advice gratefully recieved - thankyou . . . . . . J

If the seat frame attachments to secure seats to floor pan are the same then they should fit.

Most unlikely as the "new" V70 of 2000 is a completely different car .

You should find 850 seats fit as the chassis is very similar , the 1999 V70 is just a facelifted 850 . Why don't you buy the correct heating elements and install them in your original seats ?
