Default XC60 Rear boot struts and tyres

Hi All new to the forum
its my dad that owns the xc60 but really isn't good on computers so here I am.

So my dad has a 2013 XC60 there are 2 faults that we wanted to know if anyone can give info on please

the first is the electric boot struts is there anywhere else that we can get them from as I believe that they are very expensive and want a cheaper option.

the other issue that he is having is the rear tyres seem to be stepping so when driving they make a loud humming noise has anyone else had this issue and what fixed it? we switched the tyres front to back as the rears were quite stepped that was only about 1000 miles ago and they are stepped already he does tow with the car if that makes any difference

anyway any help will be greatly received

Cheers

Dan
