Would you trust them with £20-£25k though. Better but not up to the standards that are expected now. Give the designs to another company to actually build, one that has a solid reputation, and sales would rocket. Imagine for example that Audi took them into the VW/Audi empire and some German engineers took control of production. The Germans would be banned from the design process but allowed to mfr it. As per the initial point the Italians design beautiful cars.

Yep.Gave the word crap a new definition. It was like Alfa were hell bent on also finishing of what reputation Datsun had at the time...lol..!!
