Update 17:10

Yip, its the turbo (big one). Dealer (different than one that supplied car) has advise the hose burst off and could never have been fitted properly or checked as per PDI. Dealer (Murray Volvo in Edinburgh) have been great. Hose replaced and back on the road. I am concerned that supplying dealer Tollbar have not done PDI properly and going to book car in at Murray Volvo for full PDI and have asked them to send the bill to Tollbar. If they didn't check a hose have they checked the brakes? Just not prepared to chance it.

Had tentatively agreed cash compo for the interior **** up but after this they can double their figure!

I'm not going to post anything else or thoughts about the car until next week as need time to be convinced all is in order and want to paint a fair and ubiased picture for any forum members swho are thinking of ordering or waiting. It looks nice though!

Ask if that failure could potentially break or seriously shorten the life of anything!!

Glad you got your car. Really tough luck with regards to all your troubles.
Dealer should be made to pay. I am sure you won't let them off lightly.
