Good news! I have located the issue. It was a combination of some of the replies on this thread. I was shuffling the loom around behind the door card and heard a click. Miraculously the central locking was working. Upon further investigation a few of the wires in the door loom have split or broken near the hinge, just as described by @gpl1968! It looks to be the earth for the central locking switch. I’ll be getting it spliced back together in the next couple of days.

Thanks all for the help, I’ll definitely be sticking around and I hope to help share my knowledge to help anyone else that encounters a similar issue!

Glad to hear you've found the problem and got it more or less sorted. It sounds as if that door has had a lot of use in its time, might be an idea to invest in a pair of new hinges (RH upper and lower are different but the rear doors use the same hinges so a set of rear door upper and lower hinges would likely make a good improvement) and also check for wear in the latch mechanism and striker.
