  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

That stud was a bit of a bugger to get off when I removed mine but I thought it was around 19mm socket

They sometimes take a while to answer or line clears but don’t despair, just give it a while and try again.
Just had a call with my local Volvo dealership, as you warned it took a lot of tries to get through to them but eventually someone picked up and told me to send him an email with all the part numbers. 10 minutes later he called me back and said that I could come and collect the new seal and two hoses tomorrow from 8:30am, I tell you what these Volvo guys provide a quick service, it’s almost as if they made and sold the car.

My comment about “take a while to answer” etc. was referring to FRF. I have a dedicated parts tel. no. for my main dealer and it usually answers fairly quickly, but if I use the dealer’s main number, ( dealer was Mill but is now Stoneacre, Volvo, Newcastle ) I have to go through the main switchboard and be put through to the relevant department and if the main switchboard is busy with all sorts of other calls it can take a while to answer.
