Default V60 B4 Mild Hybrid - brake issue

Hi,

I have a 2021 V60 B4 Mild Hybrid wagon. Car is effectively brand new, drives well but has an ongoing brake issue.

When you brake and slow to halt, quite often there an audible 'clunk' as one piece of braking regen mechanism meshes with another (?). Or could it be transmission shunt?

Definitely seems to be coming from the engine bay area....

Local main dealer maintains it cannot find anything wrong. Car doesn't do this braking clunk thing every time, but it does it a lot - anyone on here had the same issue? And if so, was it resolved OK?

The regen system has two main components - starter/generator and 48V battery, as I understand. Can't be the battery, so could it be starter/generator unit so some other tech piece of the system? Maybe the ABS?

Any clues much appreciated. Thanks!

Is it anything to do with the auto hold? Try pressing the button by the hand brake to turn off the green light and see if it still does it.
