Amazon: - IPD anti-roll bar fouling

I just want to check if anyone else has experienced this with the IPD front ARB. As you can see in this situation the bar is incredibly close to the steering link, and in fact it can be encouraged to foul it depending on the load on the suspension.

Now I admit that this is without load on the suspension (car jacked with suspension hanging) and at very near full lock, so the chances of this happening on the road are almost zero. However it's something I just wanted to check in case it suggests something is wrong here.

I can't recall such issues on an my Amazon or 1800 with those ARBs also installed...

I would say this is indeed caused by the Lower A Arm hanging down, pulling the ARB end link down with it...lack of any evidence of contact also proves that they have never touched.

I'd have a look at it when the car is back on the ground...I expect there will be adequate clearance.

Is it the same the other side of the car > ?

Have had it you can slide it further one side or other before you nip it off on retainers along front crossmember

And is the arb fitted the correct way up etc > ?

I think this at full lock? As you say things are all hanging down. Are the IPD pushrods the same length as standard?
See here from about 10:00 Lots of clearance. ARB ends mush have arch upwards like a bridge over the steering arms.

Definitely the right way up, if I flipped it over the bar would try to arch under the steering rods.

As I say I am almost certain this will never be an issue on an actual road as just having weight on the car will give clearance.

A strong rebound could drop the bar close to the steering rods, but it's vanishingly unlikely that you'd be in that situation with the steering near full lock.
