Talking ECM6085 Issue

Hi All. Had ecm6085 code and lack of turbo boost.
First problem was split intercooler. Which i then replaced,a little better but still going into limp mode when giving it a boot. Used a mity vac to check the front & rear engine pads, rear was shot, and front was ok untill you wiggled the pipe to the pad then lost vacuum, so replaced both engine pads, oh i'd also removed & cleaned the variable nozzle turbo govenor valve & refitted. so was going better low down pull seemed better but on a good boot went in to engine service due & limp mode again, more investigation under bonnet, damn i hadn't tightened the intercooler hose properly on the washer bottle side, tightened jubilee clip up, did a code erase with my vadis/dice software, and road tested, took it easy nice gradual excelleration could feel the power improvement, joined motorway and took her upto 80mph for 20 minutes then slowed down to 50mph then gave her a good boot boy she picked up super quick with no problems, all is back to normal now going very well indeed, though my next fix will be my clutch as release bearing is noisy, hope it will last a few months more as got to save up the pennies first.

Do hope this may be of help to fellow members.

A kind thankyou to outnumbered for our chats and help in this matter, and for your kind advice.
