Sports Springs - Chassis kit, lowering
Hi All,
I'm having a bit of a clear out and I've got a few bits that I've got for sale: Chassis Kit, lowering - LINKY! This kit gives the car a sportier appearance! The kits are best suited for the selected models on account of the vehicle's total weight. The springs are compressed to give a notable lowering. The visible difference is that the car is lowered, but when it is driven what is most noticeable is the car's lower centre of gravity. Lowers the car by about 20 mm (0.8 in) as compared to the standard suspension. T5, 2.0D, 2.4i (AT), 2.4 (AT)Part. No. Description 30664259 FWD Technical data Material: CrSi spring steel Accessory weight: 10 kg (22 lbs) Photo: VCC_06113, VCC_12179, vccpartners Note! Only for cars without factory fitted sport chassis. These Volvo lowering kits are actually Eibach Springs and have Eibach stamped on the springs themselves. They will lower standard suspension by 20mm providing a lower centre of gravity and a better driving experience. This is a complete kit with all 4 springs for all 4 corners of the car. £130 - Collected or £145 - Posted I can post up a picture of the actual items/box if requested, they are in the shed at the moment. To a degree, yes and no.
This is the same as Volvo sports suspension and lowers the car 20mm over standard. As for the R-Design, you can get R-Desivn cars with normal and sports suspension. Not all R-Designs have sport suspension as standard. There is a set of these springs on eBay at the moment, not cheap at £262.45 |

Yes, I will be around and about. Certainly won't be far away.
Although I'm currently waiting on another member getting back to me at the moment (avfcS40) who is currently on first refusal as he sent PM asking for them first. If he has not replied by later on tonight I'll make them available again to all. Last edited by SonyVaio; Aug 16th, 2013 at 16:59. |
