Default Engine oil yet again...

Hi everyone...

I know engine oils have been discussed a milion times already, but i can't help it, i have to ask...

Can't seem to decide on an engine oil, now i know that the recommended oil for 2.0D engine is the Ford WSS-M2C913-B ACEA A1/B1 oil, but Volvo also states that A5/B5 oils will work excellantly too, now A5/B5 oils do have more potent detergents than the A1/B1 and thus help keep the engine cleaner, and both are low on HTSH, which is a decicive factor on wether or not the oil is suitable to use.

Out of the A1/B1 oils i found Castrol Magnatec A1 5W30, but wanted the A5/B5 for what's advertized about it, and the only A5/B5 oil i could find in this part of the woods was TOTAL Quartz Future 9000 made for Peugeot/Citroen cars, more specifically, for PSA engines, and the 2.0D is a PSA engine.

So my question is wether it will be safe to use TOTAL oil in my Volvo?
