Parrot CK3100
I'm fitting a parrot ck3100, I purchased a SOT-043 wiring kit for my v70 which I was told is for my car and would work with the amp that's fitted under the drivers seat. However after fitting the parrot kit and wiring kit I find that the parrot will send and receive calls but won't mute the radio.
I have asked parrot uk for a wiring diagram only to be referred to the info supplied in the box (shows a simple harness and states which plugs to plugin where). I have also searched the Internet and cannot find a detailed wiring harness for the Parrot CK3100 Bluetooth phone kit. Has anybody in Volvo world have a full wiring diagram please. 2006 V70 2.4D5, Radio HU650. |

I had the same problem when fitting the CK3100 to my XC90 - and the answer (in my case anyway) was that in addition to the multiplugs there is a single mute signal wire (which is a small bullet connector) which you also need to connect.
Look at this diagram - especially what it says about the yellow wires - they both have the same type of bullet connectino. I **think** this might be your problem. If you but the right lead - which sounds like you have - usually these are trouble free. http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/attac...n-parrot-8.jpg

I fitted one with no issues. Don't have the details of which lead I used but it was plug and play so the Parrot mute relays did the front/rear left/right but the centre speaker is driven direct from the head unit so won't mute without some extra work.
