  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default xc90 aftermarket dvd/nav
Hi Guys

Looking at one of these for my wife however the one we are looking at isn't equiped with the dvd/nav display that comes virtically out of the dash. Does anyone do an after market kit for this? Or is it possible to retro fit one from a breaker car? Is there a guide somewhere for this? I have looked around but haven't found much on this topic.

I don't know what age XC90 you are looking at but if you want to use it as a sat nav I should warn you that the original Volvo system is not very well thought of on the forum, and is expensive for the updates. I havn't heard so many complaints about it recently though. If you want to use it as a screen for something else should be OK though.

Volvo do a Garmin add on I belive but personally I don't think you can beat a TomTom with HD traffic.

Unfortunatly elliot2 is busy with other work at the moment. I've been waiting over 6 months now for him to fix the media player he fitted in the summer. I expect he'll get back to it in time but at the moment it's not an option.
