Another Volvo Driver on the road
Just a quick note to say there is now another Volvo driver on the (Dutch) roads as my better half got her liscense about 1/2 hour ago. Meaning of course I can now drink at parties and get her to drive, and in a few months can start looking for the T4 / T5 I want (if funds allow) as the main block of selling was that she wanted to drive the 440 (it was her dads car) before we sold it....
Sorry for the slightly pointless post, but I'm a bit happy at the moment........ Stu :) :) :) :) |

RE: Another Volvo Driver on the road
Stu,
There are never 'pointless posts' - just the occasional lack of understanding the reason for the post. Nice try but it won't work at parties etc. I too tried that but nine times out of ten I seemed to draw the short straw!! Good luck with the car search.

RE: Another Volvo Driver on the road
I haver an advantage with the drinking at partied - she doesn't like alcohol (strange girl...) so she isn't intersted in drinking at the parties!
Thanks for the comment, and I'll let you know what happens with the search... Stu PS Anyone know if I get a second hand Volvo from a dealer with warrenty, is is valid across Europe, or is that just new volvos? (Thinking of buying from Germany as it's about 30-50% cheaper than here in the Netherlands) |
