850R Estate
I am regrettably selling my 850R estate. I have owned it for over two years as a daily driver, covering 14,000 miles. It has 158,000 miles and an MoT until October. It was imported from Japan in 2006 and was subsequently converted from auto to manual. The only mod is a Powerflow cat-back exhaust, which is subtle and I think sounds good.
In my ownership I have replaced the battery, radiator, CAT, springs and spring seats, coolant tank, heater matrix, coolant level and temperature sensors, silicone air and coolant hoses fitted. The current MoT suggested it may need front brake rotors and hoses for the next test (I had planned to upgrade to 302mm rotors). I have receipts from a previous owner for a turbo re-build and new rings. The interior is generally good. There is some wear on the driver seat bolster and the lining on the sunroof slide is loose. It has what are apparently the usual interior rattles. The air-con doesn’t work and I’m not sure the driver seat heating works, the passenger side does. I had the tow-bar fitted and have used it for a bike carrier and taking a 6ft trailer to the tip. The bodywork needs attention in places. The off-side front wing shows bubbling in the usual place by the washer bottle, the near side wing has had a previous repair. There is some bubbling on the rear off-side wing, a mark on the bumper and the paint has thinned in a couple of areas on the roof. The price is £3K. Please contact me for any further details or come take a look, I’m near Didcot in South Oxfordshire. I’ve really enjoyed the car but unfortunately my wife hates it and has persuaded / forced me to buy something more modern as a daily. |

A couple of interior shots. New Bilstein dampers were fitted by a previous owner, B6 I think.
