Glow plug relay
Hi ,all can you tell me how long should it take for the glow plug light take to go out?
Mine takes less than 2-3 seconds, seems a bit quick to me. Having said that the car always starts immediately. Cheers, Dave |

Totally depends on ambient outside temperature and engine temperature.
With a cold engine, at -30°C, it does indeed take a few seconds. With a cold engine, at +20°C, the light goes out in, as I recall, in less than a second.

C30 glow plug relay location
Hi sorry to jump on the thread but I’m trying to locate my glow plug relay as the plug in box keeps flagging problem. I’ve had bumper off and there’s nothing there. It’s a 2010 face lift 2.0 model.
Thanks |
