2010 front grill

hi , after no luck finding a 2nd hand 2010 front grill ( the one withe the big round badge ) i rang a main dealer to ask for a price ,, but i told him ide got a late 2008 model v50 & wanted to fit the 2010 grill ,, he said thet it wont fit my bumper .... is he right ?? im sure ive read on here before that the 2008 & the 2010 bumpers are the same ?? any help please !!!

If yours is the facelift model then Yes it will fit. The new 'Iron' badge grille only came out on the MY 2012 models though so don't ask for a 2010 one.

If your in doubt then post a picture of your front end and we can tell you if you have or have not got a facelift model - being 2008 I would say you do though.

Just as an alternative I see no reason why the below badge couldn't be made to fit the older style grill

less than half what volvo will charge you for the whole grill!
