Default Sagging head liner (only near the windscreen)

Anyone found anything that actually works for gluing the headliner cloth back in place? I’ve tried Evo-stick impact contact adhesive with no luck.

A spray adhesive will be fine, make sure it is heat resistant otherwise it will separate and fail.
For upholstery materials I generally use:~

Woolies car trim-- Coverdale Carpets Wigan-- Segal Motor Trimmers Mcr.

However the adhesive is also available from many others, smaller areas can be done from a tin supplied via the above who will also advise on the correct type etc.
Good Luck.
Bob.

I ended up using this:

Trimfix Adhesive (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

Seems to have solved it.

I had exactly this issue on my imported 850 - the headlining was generally ok, apart from a strip along the top of the windscreen.

I intend to recover the headlining in due course, but a few dots of super glue at 2 inch intervals, where it tucks up at the front of the headlining has stopped the rest of the material being dragged down - in fact it has taken the urgency to recover the headlining away completely as it has stayed put for nigh on a year now.

That has just jinxed it hasn't it?
