  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default Alternator Belt

Hi Everyone

After changing the Alternator on my Volvo S40 2.0D 2007 I’ve gotten a little stuck with replacing the belt, by stuck I mean like a numpty I didn’t take a picture of the belt and now can’t seem to find a belt diagram, anyone able to help ?

Hi PNM

Sorry thought I’d put it on the post but haven’t it’s a 2.0D, think I’ve figured out now cheers, the tension pulley is now causing problems, not moving at all

Has the tensioner still got the locking pin in?
