  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

Yep, same for me. I loved that opportunity to report or ask questions if needed. Since i started have problem with app features chat has been switched off 🥴 i also find out that after VOC update to version 5.0.2 i am getting back possibility of starting car from the app but stil for 5 attempt only 3 are successful.

How long do you wait for car to start after you press start on app ?

There is a 'Run diagnostic' command in the VOC app on the Car tab in the car details section. Not sure if that will help you diagnose your issue.

I tried that i my case but diagnostics show that there are no problems but still you can not start car remotely.

I assume this is app issue

About 15 seconds to start the car, about 5 to stop it.

This is with the latest version of the app, I tried it just now.

You need to be able to log in to do that.

I had a similar issue last week, had to reset the password and I was back in

Sometimes the remote operations can take a while. I think it depends on the strength of the mobile signal. I was on holiday last week in a mobile dead zone and nothing at all worked.
