I'm in the process of buying a 2004 v50 t5 , would you happen to know if the 2008 r design front , rear bumpers , and side skirts and roof spoiler fit the early models , thanks.

Car looks spot on I'm jealous.

quite economical but very boring
That's surprisingly very good. On the C30 I did 50mph for probably 100+ miles with a space saver on, and managed a world record of 44mpg! That was calculated the proper way too!

I was quite surprised but not sure how accurate the trip computer is, however.

Far easier to just buy the sport if you're buying a pre-facelift or an r-design if you're going for a facelift. You might have to wait a while though as sport's and r-design T5's don't come up for sale very often and when they do they sell very quickly if priced right.

Yeah I've already bought mine now though, 2004 T5 remapped, fsh , 110k , stainless exhaust sports cat etc , just wanted it to look more sporty aggressive too.

Thanks.

Maybe a bit of struggle for you sourcing the correct parts as there are not many pre-facelift sports about and then, when you do find one the chances of finding the complete kit, not in need of new paint/repairs, will be slim especially in the colour you need.

As someone else mentioned, I am sure the facelift r-design kit will differ from the sports kit quite a bit.

I bought some clips from Volvo for the C30.. unbelievably expensive. Saw them on ebay for a fraction of the dealer prices. When you work out what you need have a look on eBay.
