  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Volvo should sort this free of charge. It's a known problem and you're only a couple of weeks out of warranty. In my experience Volvo are pretty good in this kind of situation.

My centre right button is playing up A LOT and it was already replaced (unit and loom) under warranty....

Warranty ended March '20....

Anyone had free replacement outside of warranty?

Well I didnt get it for free but they did pay 70% of it so I cost me £50, not great but not terrible. at least it works now.

My right steering wheel media buttons stopped working a few times a few years ago, I found that changing the media source via Sensus (eg, from FM to USB) the buttons worked again, this may work for others.

A lot of steering wheel module issues.

My windowipers came on randomly. Volvo reset fault message foc and since has been perfect. Apparently a steering wheel module error message and resetting it has sorted it

I thought I’d have to pay as the car is second hand 2016, but they didn’t.

I might invest in a diagnostic thing, they’re cheap.
