If they're the same or similar, I can't see how the original MAF sensor would be faulty.
The new MAF is reporting higher air mass , so I guess the ECM-134f "signal to low" meant the ECM did not detect enough air flow through the MAF.

The TCM-OA31 fault also went with the new MAF fitted.

The car is running great probably due to cleaning the Intake and throttle body .

I think it's as simple as that.
If you have the old MAF, you could confirm though.
