Default Anyone in need of a spare key

I needed a spare key for my v70R as the original was all worn on the handle I found this guy on eBay I sent him some clear images of my old key and he decoded the key number from the images and sent me 2 replacements you need to pry the transponder out of the old keys as the replacements have a hole in them to accept them keys work great

Item number
233875435302

This sounds a good idea to me, my keys are quite shabby and looking very worn. Are they made from some sort of rubber or soft plastic.

How did you get the old transponder out?

Nice find! That sure does sound like a great hassle free service. I've only one master key for my 850 so must get a few copies made up if only to allow access to the car.

Thanks chaps!

The keys are decent quality the transponder has to be carefully dug out of key it sits I the handle above the blade mine was removed ages ago to fix in the couling near the antenna as the car has a clifford concept 650 with intelli start and turbo timer so transponder needs to be in place for the remote start feature to work
